ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION LINE SITING

  • Coordinate public outreach and prepare certificates of environmental compatibilty for siting transmission lines.
  • Support line siting hearings.
  • Obtain crossing consents, encroachment agreements, easement agreements, permits for powerline crossings of existing infrastructure: railroads, powerlines, gas pipelines, canals.
  • Coordinate renewal of land rights on tribal and federal lands

NEPA DOCUMENTATION

Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions.  Experience with US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Health Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Department of Agriculture, HUD, Department of Justice, Bureau of Reclamation.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Function as Assistant Project Manager - providing support to PMs of large projects.  Document management, communication plans, organization charts, project schedule preparation and updates, Gantt charts, meeting agenda and note preparation, deliverable and action item tracking. 

WETLANDS

Wetland delineation, permitting, and mitigation assistance in multiple states such as Montana, Washington, Alaska.

BIOLOGICAL STUDIES

Experienced in flora and fauna studies in multiple states and regions; trained to survey for burrowing owl, yellow-billed cuckoo, and southwestern willow flycatcher.
